Casey, Kate, and Rahmi all presented their work at MTSU's Scholars Week events. Rahmi presented her research on metacognitive monitoring, Kate presented their research on the perceived conflict between religion and evolution, and Kate and Casey presented their work on undergraduate science communication instruction.


Rahmi took home two awards for her poster - the Graduate Student Innovation and Creativity Award from the College of Education's poster session and first place at the university-wide symposium! Awesome job, Rahmi!









Liz, Rahmi, and Katie traveled to Denver to attend the 2024 American Association for the Advancement of Science Annual Meeting! Rahmi and Katie both presented posters in AAAS's ePoster competition. Rahmi presented her work on the intersection of religion and evolution in Muslim biology students and Katie presented their work on the perceived conflict between religion and evolution in undergraduate biology students!
