Lab collaborator Angela Google wins SABER grad student talk award!

Lab collaborator and former Ph.D. student at MTSU Angela Google won the SABER 2021 conference Graduate Student Talk Award for her talk on work done with our lab! She presented "Isolation, Resilience, and Faith: Experiences of Black Christian Graduate Students in Biology". The awards committee said she won for "her powerful integration of theory and research, rigorous methods, the importance of the research to biology education, and her engaging delivery of the results.
